1. Registration & Membership
- Registration fees, if any, are non-refundable.
- Once registration details are submitted, changes to primary contact details may not be permitted.
- The Company reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any registration.
2. Intellectual Property
- Logo, website, software, brand name, and materials are property of Seekaa Communications Private Limited.
- Unauthorized copying, modification, or misuse is strictly prohibited.
- Violation may result in legal action.
3. Area of Operation (Distributors)
- Distributors must operate only within their assigned area.
- Prior written permission is required to operate outside the allotted area.
- Violation may lead to suspension or termination.
4. Account Responsibility
- Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
- Sharing login details is strictly prohibited.
- Company is not responsible for misuse due to credential sharing.
5. Service Charges & Conduct
- Retailers/Distributors cannot collect extra charges beyond approved commission.
- Any violation is the sole responsibility of the user.
6. Technical Issues & Data Loss
- The Company is not responsible for loss due to technical issues, system failure, or service interruption.
7. Third-Party Services
- Coldpay acts only as a service facilitator for telecom, utility, and other providers.
- Company is not liable for third-party service failures or delays.
8. Account Suspension / Termination
- The Company may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or fraudulent activity.
- Termination may occur without prior notice in case of serious violations.
9. Changes to Terms
- The Company may modify Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not liable for losses caused by technical faults, operator issues, or third-party failures.
- No reimbursement will be provided for such losses.
11. Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
